I experimented with painting over 3D blockouts for most of my Environmental Concept Art class. I used Unreal Engine 5 for the blockouts.

Final Render with 3D Blockout and Paintover in Photoshop. Theme was "Gameplay Arena Environment".
Feeling unsatisfied with the original blockout, I went back to change it in Unreal Engine.
